Objectives: By attending this session, participants will:
- Learn about how one agency survived and has transformer after a merger.
- Understood the key elements and process for an Appreciative Inquiry approach to program development or enhancement.
- Discover ways to utilize personal stories of older adults to inspire staff and others to make changes in existing programs and create new ones.
- Learn a "new story to tell" about the aging process and what older adults value most.

Cost Dinner & Program:
The Dinner/Program cost is $25 for Non-Members and $15 for Supporting Members. For Students/Ombudsmen who are Members, the evening fee is $5. Dinner is free for members who are at the Sustaining & Corporate Membership Levels. The reduced fee for Guests attending with a Member is $20.
