She taught gerontology at the college level for nearly 20 years and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University’s Odyssey Certificate on Aging Program. While social distancing is a critical preventive measure during this difficult time, it’s important to remember that all of us are at risk for social isolation and loneliness because of it. This timely, interactive and virtual program will examine the dangers of social isolation and loneliness while offering ideas on how to prevent it during this period of social distancing.
